Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy was born in 1962. She is a well-known American actor. After her debut on film in 1983's Bad Boys she became known for her role in the Brat Pack of actors. She also appeared on the screen in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) as well as Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy was awarded an Independent Spirit Award Best Female Leading for her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy is an American actress and an author. She started her career in film through the crime movie Bad Boys in the early 1980s for which she received a lot of praise. Rick Rosenthal directed the movie and also starred famous actor Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. Her role was featured in The Breakfast Club in 1985, a comedy drama which followed her first success. The film by John Hughes called The Breakfast Club has been hailed as being among the the best high school films. Even though the budget of the film was just $1 million, its profits exceeded $50 million. Meanwhile she had also started appearing in various TV shows like CBS Schoolbreak which was her TV debut. In April of 1980, it became an adolescent-oriented show. Also, she appeared on various TV series such as Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues. Her most recent appearances include Little Sister as well as X-Men Apocalypse, a movie that tells the story of a hero, in which she is a character. Sheedy for her amazing performances has received numerous awards, one of which was the MTV Movie Award for Silver Bucket of Excellence Award in 2005.
